Job Responsibility:

JOB TITLE: Administrator/Team Assistant LOCATION: Bristol CONTRACT: Perm Summary We have a great opportunity available at NG Bailey for an administrator/team assistant to join us in our Bristol office. Supporting administrative tasks on one of our major projects, this will be an interesting and varied opportunity utilising strong administration and communication skills. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
  • Ensure that our safety first and foremost message is visible and alive through all activities undertaken.
  • Deliver a competent and professional administration service to all team members
  • Be a point of contact for all stakeholders and effectively deal with enquiries, escalating when necessary.
  • Produce regular updates and schedules for the management teams to demonstrate progress.
  • Coordinate all activities for new starters
  • Liaise with the HR team regarding new starters
  • Make all necessary travel and accommodation arrangements with new starters
  • Liaise with project Onboarding Team
  • Send welcome email to new starters offering support with any NGB related questions prior to commencement.
  • Arrange IT Equipment to be delivered to Bristol office
  • Liaise with ICT for kit set up prior to start dates
  • Meet with new starters and undertake their NGB Induction
  • Arrange access for new starters for NGB platforms - post start date
  • Coordinate all ordering of IT equipment and returns for leavers, and safety equipment
  • Send announcements, updates and communications to team
  • Support monthly reporting
  • Arrange/book Site Visits for all visitors
  • Arrange staff briefings and events
  • Support the Strategic Director with occasional queries and tasks
  • Maintain highest levels of confidentiality.
