Charity Shop Mobile Supervisor

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our shop team in the Portsmouth , Fareham or Havant area.

**Responsibilities:**

- Purpose of your role

1. To cover any Shop Manager vacancies or leave in Revitalise's shops in an agreed area they arise.

2. To effectively manage the day to day running of the shop, with the aim of achieving optimum profit, by maximising sales, managing donations and stock, and controlling direct shop expenses.

3. To motivate and manage shop team and volunteers.

4. To communicate sales performance and guidance to the shop team, including key performance indicators and Gift aid.

5. To provide first class customer service at all times and deal with any concerns an effective and positive manner.

6. To demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence and deliver against the requirements of Revitalise's Service expectations.

7. To work within Revitalise's policies and procedures at all times.Efficiently stock and sort donations.

- Assist colleagues with locating products

- Keep the stock clean and organised

- Follow safety procedures and guidelines

- Collaborate with team members to achieve objectives
