Job Responsibility:
????Your journey as an Apprentice
You'll be on a 27 month Fixed Term Contract as an Asset Data Analyst Apprentice while undertaking your fully funded Apprenticeship.
??Qualification - Level 3 Data Technician
??Duration - 27 months
????Provider - The Apprentice Academy
??Location - Blend of office and remote working
?Learning time - 6hrs per week off the job learning (1 day a week) with the
training provider.
The remainder of your week will be spent in the role either at our stylish Milton Keynes office (2 days minimum) or working from home once you've settled into the role.
What you'll be doing?
- Improve and maintain data in our databases (EPCs, certificates, deeds, plans).
- Check stock condition data for properties not yet surveyed.
- Add new data from different teams to the database.
- Prepare data for the annual maintenance budget.
- Present data to support Decent Homes compliance.
- Identify properties that might be sold.
- Complete the Data Technician Level 3 course.
- Learn to extract, analyse, and report data as directed.
- Get skilled at using our asset management database, CxAsset.
- Handle wayleaves, boundary disputes, party wall, and planning inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Fix any issues found in the Stock Condition Survey.
- Manage the Assets team inbox.
- Update records of completed work.
- Follow Grand Union's policies.
What we're looking for ??
- Full UK driver's license
- Basic IT skills and an understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
