About The Role

DA Languages have a new role, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Board of Directors, this is an exciting new role within the business working to the core hours of 9am - 5.30pm, on a hybrid basis in the office 4 days per week, at home 1 day with a need to accommodate the occasional early morning or evening meeting. We're looking for the right candidate to provide full administrative/PA support to the Board of Directors and support the Leadership and Executive Team in all areas.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Directors with diary management, room booking, travel, expenses, minute taking, power point presentations and other key activities.
  • Greeting customers, staff, stakeholders and potential candidates, so you must be enthusiastic and attentive whilst providing customers with the highest levels of service.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all areas of the PA role
  • Manage and maintain the diary including arranging meetings/appointments both internal and external, as and when required
  • Book/organise meeting rooms, accommodation and travel when requested
  • Liaise with professional contacts at all levels on behalf of the Directors

About You

  • Previous experience of working in a PA role for at least 1 year
  • Interpersonal skills, professional, positive attitude and customer focused manner
  • Flexible and positive approach to work and colleagues
  • Have the ability to communicate confidently and effectively as you will be working with people from across the business
  • Fantastic customer service and proactive, finding ways for the business to work more efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality/discretion at all times
  • Possess excellent MS Office and IT skills, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
