  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the inbound logistics process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of raw materials, packaging and other products.
  • Create, monitor and track purchase orders, providing regular updates and resolving any quality / service issues that arise.
  • Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, warehouse, and production, to optimize inventory levels and minimize supply disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, logistics partners, customs brokers and other stakeholders to ensure high service levels.
  • Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, including cost analysis and efficiency improvements
  • About you
  • You'll have a good standard of education (GCSE's/A ‘Levels) in Math's, English and a Science.
  • Proven experience in inbound logistics / operational procurement, customer service or a similar supply chain role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience of SAP would be advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
