Be your best, working with the best. About the Job An exciting opportunity to join our Business Operations team on a permanent basis. You will provide first line technical solutions to internal and external customers supporting all manner of projects and tasks associated with Web, Electronic customer, and vendor connectivity. What you can expect to be getting up to as an Operations Support Associate:
  • Provide First Line Web, EDI, XML, FTP, and API support for partners through email and telephone
  • Implement fixes, routing and coordinate requests to other areas of the business.
  • maintain customers' existing electronic ordering capabilities, actively promote increased use of web, XML and EDI functionality with both internal and external customers.
  • Manage web content and segmentation using Kentico, Pimcore.
  • Support the Web release process including UAT and business validation.
  • Manage Personalised Delivery set ups.
  • Offer customer training face to face and remotely.
  • Focus on profit revenue maximisation and cost efficiency for the company
  • Support via email and telephone Ingram Micro electronic services to customers whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
  • Previous working experience in a 1st line support role
  • PC Literate - working knowledge of web browsers, Office suite or equivalent windows based software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email and telephone
  • Confidence in presenting training and answering customer questions through attentive listening
  • Experience in two or more of the following;
    • Internet Commerce
    • EDI Technologies
    • XML Technologies
    • FTP Technologies
