Job Responsibility:
Job Title: Governance Administrator Location: London - Liverpool Street Full time: 37.5 per week
Hours: Monday to Friday Permanent: Initially 50:50 working from office/home Salary: Around £30k depending on experience
We're looking for a Governance Administrator to join our supportive Primary Care Governance Team based in London; a very short walk from Liverpool Street Station.
This is an extremely interesting role newly created to support a growing area of HCA UK. As a Governance Administrator you'll be integral to the primary care governance team, supporting and facilitating the delivery of a patient centric quality governance and effectiveness agenda.

What you'll do:
- Actively ensure effective systems and processes are in place with regards to clinical quality, serious incidents, adverse occurrence, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and patient safety
- Help support all primary care departments and practices (and HCA Concierge Services) in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Support the governance provision to the wider organisation with assurance that governance standards within the practices are met.
- Provide administrative and project management support to the primary care governance team
- Provide administrative support to all governance meetings, including the preparation of minutes and agendas, maintenance of action logs, collation and formatting of documents and report content, preparing and collating inspection and accreditation data/documents for submission to relevant agencies and for use during inspections.
What you'll bring:
- Experience working in Healthcare and/or Governance (ideal but not essential)
- Excellent MS Office skills including the ability to use PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work both in a team and independently at pace
- A flexible attitude and an enjoyment of working in an ever changing environment where no two days are the same
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A hunger to learn and become more knowledgeable about governance and how it fits within the business as a whole
- A “can-do”, positive attitude
