Job Responsibility:
Job Title: PMO Office Manager Contract Term: 7 months
Contracting Authority: UKRI
Location: Swindon Hybrid 2-3 days in the office
As a PMO Office Manageryour main responsibilities will be:- To support the Project Profession Centre team in activities enabling the upskilling of the UKRI project profession
- Data administration of project and capability tools.
- Responsible for Project Profession file management using robust version control. Organise key meetings and provide secretariat support.
- Deputise and help to lead on the delivery of high-quality events, communications and staff engagements ensuring continuous improvement and supporting the development of skills and capability across the Project Profession.
- Manage and maintain the stakeholder log for internal and external stakeholders. Act as the focal point for responses to external requests for information.
- Help maintain and develop the Project Profession knowledge management sites (e.g. SharePoint / Microsoft Teams / the Source, ensuring continuous improvement of the Profession's knowledge management artefacts, assets, and events listings.
You'll have relevant experience in:
- Maintaining database tools: including adding and removing users, password resets and dealing with technical queries
- Inbox management - managing multiple email boxes, categorising, and prioritising incoming mail and responding to queries as appropriate.
- Event coordination - the ability to coordinate and support the facilitation of internal and external events.
- Comms background
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Understating of Pm offices
- Experience in managing training for the office.
