Marketing Officer Opportunity - Multi lingual

Neuron Educare Ltd are expanding their London Office significantly and are looking for experienced student recruiters, familiar with the student recruitment industry, although those with suitable skills and experience are also welcome to apply.

We are looking for social, confident, enthusiastic, well-motivated bi-lingual Marketing Officers with at least one years' marketing experience and strong social networking skills.

If you are not confident making online posts and promoting both yourself and the company then this position is not for you. We expect all of our consultants to make online presentations and a lot of promotional activity. This post will enhance your career portfolio.

Networking ability and experience is a must, as is the ability to speak fluent English plus another language. You must be very comfortable in social groups and networks and have the ability to market effectively using your knowledge, skills and experience.

Cross cultural marketing ability and experience is what will set you apart to be successful in this role. A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers is required, you will be expected to develop creative and engaging social media strategies.

We are a student recruitment company, and your duties will involve the identification and recruitment of students onto suitable courses. You will be talking with students directly and identifying new students and promoting the benefits of lifelong learning to them.

You will be expected to;

· Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials

· Devise marketing campaigns

· Organise a calendar of marketing events, such as dinners, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, open days or other activities

· Represent the company at events

· Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups

· Write, edit and proofread marketing material for use in different channels

· Oversee and liaise with the web developer to update the website and to ensure your promotional videos are published and reach as wide an audience as possible

· Analyse the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports

Key Skills Required;

· Linguistic Skills: You must be fluent in English and another language. We see benefits from a cross cultural working environment and we seek to recruit as diverse a workforce as possible.

· Networking and communication skills: You will have to represent your company at events and be comfortable talking to potential customers, opinion formers and universities

Experience Required;

·- Recruitment experience

-Target driven, there is a minimum monthly target to recruit 5 students (to achieve a pass at university interview)

-Minimum of one years' experience in a customer-focused role

- Ability to use social media platforms

- Creative marketing

Salary

· £1500 per calendar month

Plus: £500 bonus once five students are recruited

Plus £100 bonus for each student recruited over five

Paid with salary once interview passes have been confirmed by the university

Hours

· Hours between 10.30am and 6.00pm.

Leads

Leads are provided, although you will also be expected to promote and generate your own

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
