Billing Co-ordinator - Part Time
In your role with Dale Farm, you will be a key member of the Transactional Finance team, reporting into the Head of Transactional Finance. Your core responsibilities will be to maintain daily, weekly billing cycles for a varied customer base and support the Billing Team.
Your key duties will include.
- Production of daily and weekly billing cycles.
- The setup of new customers on a timely basis, ensuring all required information is captured accurately.
- Implementation Price Information Forms within NAV.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies causing delays in unbilled shipments.
- Assist in identifying and implementing potential improvements to processes and procedures
- Assist in identifying and implementing potential improvements within the billing department
- Assist with the implementation of Business Central.
- Support with EDI billing procedures.
- This role is on a part-time basis, working Wednesday 1 to 5 pm, Thursday & Friday 9 to 5 pm).
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience. You will also be IT literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft NAV is desirable.
The ideal candidate will be organised, energetic, and have excellent interpersonal skills, a flair for analysis, great attention to detail and the ability to work as a member of a team, whilst handling a varied and detailed workload, working to tight deadlines.
