Inform the where & how to play strategy across Europe. RESPONSIBILITIES With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be Strategy Putting our consumer in mind - build onto our existing Retail Media Strategy further by working with our Global Media and Trade Marketing teams as key partners, ensuring a connected Media Ecosystem approach. Clarify, simplify and segment the different approaches to Retail Media we could adopt and translate into meaningful actions and workstreams. In partnership with the Strategy lead, build out the where & how to play with RMN including KPI's and audience segments. Develop strategy of true ecommerce media opportunities by brand/market & with the relevant media partner & channel - e.g. Dunnhumby/Meta/CTV. Partners Orchestrate wider partnerships with multi-market media platforms like Citrus Ads & Criteo and embed a European way-of-working across both retail & quick-commerce customers. Support European Brand Teams in developing high quality content across Europe, and with a focus on audience segments/relevant moments. Support in-market commercial leads in negotiations for Retail Media JBPs. Build relationships with Retail Media platforms, technology partners, and agencies to unlock test & learns, beta access, and other high-value opportunities. Represent Bacardi Ltd at key meetings and industry events. Execution Manage our agency team to execute our paid campaigns, cross-platform throughout Europe. Interpret extensive data sets & develop data driven strategies ensuring appropriate levels of investment behind the right brands/markets & ensuring the appropriate selection of retail media KPI's. Capability Start to build reporting cycles that connect to customer and brand marketing to create integrated performance teams, so we have one view of media by brand Drive thought leadership on emerging Retail Media platforms, solutions, and technology. Act as SME and ‘bring the outside in' to shape our approach and actions. Interdependencies Establish deep routed connections across key stakeholder functions including Commercial Leads, Digital Marketing, Brand Managers, Customer Marketing & Global Finance . Act as the central point of contact in Europe to cascade regular performance updates, including providing insights to key stakeholders in a clear, coherent & actionable manner. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The skills and experience needed to create your legacy 4+ years experience in marketing/commercial Retail media experience - able to execute and articulate an off-line/on-line strategy as well as defining regional adaptations to global strategies. Be a proactive self-starter - in an area that is constantly evolving this is crucial. Have very strong analytical skills & strong attention to detail. Have an adaptive style in being able to communicate often technical ideas in simple terms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects/stakeholders at once.
