Part Time Head Chef

As Head Chef you will:
- Manage the kitchen producing meals to the highest standards
- Plan and organise menus for our restaurant and wedding and banqueting facilities
- Recruit, encourage, manage and develop your team
- Produce dishes to the highest standards
- Maintain the health and hygiene of the kitchen
- Manage Food deliveries and stock control
