Job Responsibility:
Food and Beverage Duty Manager
Overview:We are seeking a Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join our team in providing excellent service within the hospitality industry. The role involves supporting the food and beverage manager in the day to day running of the restaurant and conference and banqueting department, ensuring high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall guest experience.
Duties:- Lead from the front to help manage the teams and deliver high quality service- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in food service areas- Collaborate with culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes
-Cellar Management and stocktaking
-In the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager, complete staff rotas and attend function meetings to ensure full clarity on upcoming events.
-Induction, training and development of team members- Assist in other areas of the hotel as required
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous- Knowledge of food and beverage operations- Ability to work well within a team environment- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
