Contract: PermanentSalary: £46,000-50,000/annum

Studio Paskin is expanding into West London with the opening of The Barbary Notting Hill. We seek an experienced Restaurant Manager to join us for the launch of our most ambitious restaurant project to date and what will become the flagship site of The Barbary brand.

The Position The Restaurant Manager of The Barbary Notting Hill will support the General Manager & Assistant General Manager in daily leadership and operations. You will help to inspire, teach and train the junior front of house staff and lead by example on exceptional service and guest experience.

The Candidate

• A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service.
• A strong and responsible leader. From the Directors down, we all lead from the front and by example. You must thrive in taking charge of daily operation and be skilled in leading briefings and acting as a role model for your team.
• Passionate about detailed hospitality, guest experience and dedicated to exceptionally high standards of service. The ideal candidate will inspire this commitment in others.
• An accomplished Restaurant Manager with at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role. You'll be able to support the General Manager, and Assistant General Manager on onboarding, training, statutory compliance, profitability and maintenance.
• Experience of the pace and demands of a new opening is highly desirable.
• A strong background in wine with a WSET Level 2 is desirable.

The Restaurant Featuring a reimagining of the iconic Barbary horseshoe kitchen counter, the 75-cover affair will also include a dining room and dedicated cocktail bar, as we bring the Barbarian experience to the Notting Hill neighbourhood. The menu finds its origins in the beloved elemental cooking of The Barbary, whilst breaking new ground to offer an elevated dining experience.
