Job Responsibility:
Location: Beer Hackett, Near Sherborne, Dorset (DT9) with nationwide travelSalary: Fixed, Competitive, Negotiable Depending on ExperienceContract: Permanent, Full-TimeHours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday; 8.30am - 4.00pm Friday plus Overtime
You will be the face of the brand; demonstrating and delivering our products to customers at customer homes, schools, rehabilitation centres and other locations across the UK. No two days will be the same, as you will be required to cover 40,000 - 50,000 miles per year, with overnight stays depending on your schedule.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will play a crucial role in assessing customer requirements, presenting product features and benefits to align with customer needs, with an empathetic, dependable manner in line with our brand values of trust and inclusion.
ENGINEERING TO ENABLE
Brotherwood are the UK's leading Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) specialists; supplying quality conversions for the transportation of wheelchair passengers. We currently have an opportunity for a Product Demonstrator to join our Sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attending customer visits across the UK as per a schedule provided
- Following demonstration processes and completing demonstration reports in full
- Presenting key features and benefits of the product to meet customer needs
- Assessing and recording customer requirements accurately
- Reporting demonstration outcomes to the Sales Manager
- Delivering sold and hire vehicles following our handover process
- Managing expenses and collating receipts
- Attending events and exhibitions as required
KEY SKILLS
- Full UK Driving License (No DR10 or previously banned drivers)
- An adaptable and flexible approach
- Empathetic and attuned to customer needs
- Organised, presentable and punctual
- Ability to follow processes & accurately assess customer needs
- Confident in a customer facing environment
- Accountable with attention to detail
- Off-road parking at home is preferable
