Job Responsibility:
Job Overview: We are seeking a Rental Agent to join our team in assisting customers with their vehicle rental needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in administrative tasks. This role involves communicating with clients, handling bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties: - Assist customers in renting vehicles, providing information on available options - Manage rental bookings and reservations - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements - Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for rental - Process paperwork related to rentals, including contracts and invoices - Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally - Maintain accurate records of rental transactions - Conduct data entry tasks to update rental databases Skills: - Excellent organisational skills to manage bookings efficiently - Strong administrative abilities to handle paperwork accurately - Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving diverse customers - Proficient in phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients - Competent in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation tasks - Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with customers

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
