Job Responsibility:

Our People Talent Team are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team! As a Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting & selecting top talent to drive the growth and success of our business.

• Job Title - Recruiter
• Location - Bury BL9 8RR
• Working rota - Monday to Friday
• Working hours - 40 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Recruiter, you'll be doing the following:

• From first candidate touch point be a professional advocate of the JD group. Maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring candidates are well informed and looked after at each stage of the recruitment journey
• Ensure business areas follow a structured interview process, identifying high performing candidates within the market that match our business requirements and values.
• Manage and update the ATS database with different information
• Prepare manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures, including new starter information, Right to Work Checks and maintaining key recruitment data.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous recruitment experience within a similar capacity
• Attention to detail, prioritisation skill and time management
• Data-driven mindset and experience with recruitment marketing
• Ability build & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders/ hiring managers
