Job Title: Showroom Assistant / Sales Administrator
Location: Coral Windows Bradford, BD6 2DN & Coral Windows Otley, LS21 1DY.
Hourly Rate:£11.44
Working Hours: To be confirmed - Weekend work necessary.
Total contractual hours: TBC

Positions are currently available within our office sales team, we are looking for cover at our Bradford or Otley showrooms, and the contractual hours are dependent on candidate availability, although weekend work is desirable.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Showroom Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen interest in home improvement products, and a desire to learn about our extensive range of uPVC products. The role will involve work at both our Bradford Head Office and our Otley showroom.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
Opening and closing of the showroom
- Responsible for identifying and ordering showroom consumable stock.
- Process customer contractual information.
· Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
· Provide detailed information about our products and services.
· Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom.
· Assist in arranging product displays and promotional materials.
· Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
· Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Experience & Skills required:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience of working in a showroom or retail sales is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office software.
- Organised and methodical in approach to daily tasks.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Basic computer skills.
· Flexible availability, including weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
