Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a skilled Deli Manager to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our deli department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and customer service, with a strong background in team management within the hospitality industry.

You must be able to- Manage and lead a team of deli staff to ensure smooth operation of the deli department- Oversee food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and adherence to food safety regulations- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and quality ingredients- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction- Train and mentor staff on food production techniques and customer service best practices

Requirements- Proven experience in food preparation, food safety, and team management within a restaurant or hospitality setting- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of deli operations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards- Relevant qualifications in culinary arts or hospitality management are desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 48 per week
