The Position

You will support the Restaurant Director, Restaurant Manager & Drawing Room Manager in flawless running of both operations, maintaining a proactive and positive attitude as you steer the Charlie's Restaurant & Drawing Room teams to achieving the departmental objectives.

You'll be passionate about giving guests the warm, intuitive service they've come to expect from Rocco Forte Hotels, and you'll draw on your outstanding leadership and communication skills to ensure those high standards are met by your team. You'll set clear, realistic goals and monitor staff performance to nurture their personal and professional development. And you will lead by example - guiding team members to become adept at anticipating guests' every need and take pride in consistently exceeding their expectations.

Naturally, you'll be fluent in fine food and wine - an expert in all things edible and well-versed in culinary trends and the wider market, communicating your understanding with contagious enthusiasm. You'll have a knack for numbers and an aptitude for organisation as well as striking people skills to ensure financial targets hit.
