Job Responsibility:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Workforce Advisor to join our professional team. The Workforce team is the first point of contact for many HR services, particularly; expenses, rostering, DBS queries, references and changes to terms and conditions including data entry into ESR. The team works collaboratively with the Trust's external payroll provider to support them in paying staff accurately and efficiently. As a Workforce Advisor you will ensure managers and team members have all required data on the project, system or process that is necessary for making good quality decisions. Managing the administrative workload to ensure reports and information are submitted to the right person on time. You will supports management of systems on behalf of managers and senior clinical staff by overseeing, inputting and processing on systems e.g. Finance System, Roster System, ESR and Training Systems. We put patients first and we expect all of our colleagues to do the same, so although NHS experience isn't a requirement for this role you'll need to share our passion for delivering excellent patient care and keep that passion at the forefront of your professional activity at all times. The challenges come thick and fast in this role but you'll know that your input in contributing to the excellent experience our patients and service users have every day.
