We are recruiting a Distribution Team Leader We are currently recruiting for a Distribution Team Leader within the Scottish Retail department at Our Glasgow Depot. The purpose of this role is to deliver daily briefs and debriefs and to ensure all improvement opportunities are identified and implemented. The Ideal candidate would be hard working, a quick leaner and be flexible to work at multiple sites were needed. Contract: Full Time / Permanent. Salary : £33,610.00 per annum Shift Pattern: - 4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights (6-6)Location: Bellshill , Glasgow - ML4 3NYRequirements

• Flexible working across multiple sites.
• Rotation shift pattern Days and Nights.
• Must be comfortable with the physical nature of the role.
• Able to work in cold conditions.
• Have knowledge of leading and coaching a team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain site run folder ensuring all run changes are communicated.
• Follow the breakdown management and recovery procedures.
• Responsible for servile level reporting including customer service and shorts and late reporting.
• Promote cross functional working with sites to ensure optimum product availability.
• Warehouse stock management.
• Understanding of work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor warehouse waste, highlighting concerns and look at ways to deliver improvement.
• Provide customer support and handle any customer enquiries.

• An effective Team Leader who can work as part or a team or as an individual.
