37.5 Hours, Permanent

£23,166.00 per annum + benefits

Due to continued growth of Circle Healthcare's National Enquiry Centre, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

These full-time positions are a great opportunity to utilise and develop existing skills in a contact centre environment. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, dealing with general enquiries and arranging appointments for them to see our consultants within Circle's network of hospitals, a network which is the largest in the UK.

We are based in Hillington with great transport links from the M8 and to Glasgow City Centre.

Preferred candidates should have contact centre experience. Our Customer Experience is at the heart of what we do here at Circle Healthcare. Therefore, our preferred candidates should have the passion to succeed in a customer focused environment.
