Job Responsibility:
The Brogdale CIC Group is looking for a Community Gardener to work with our customers and support our learning diasbled students to learn gardening skills. This role will also incorporate site maintenance across our Swale sites.
Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 depending on experience.
Status: 9.00 - 5.00pm, 5 days a week.
We are looking for a gardener who has a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful gardens and can inspire people into enjoying this too. The person needs to be able to work with a range of special educational needs and young people who are disabled and/or disadvantaged.

The person needs to be able to work with a range of special educational needs and young people who are disabled and/or disadvantaged. This role can be a physically demanding one working outdoors in all seasons, the applicant will be required to assist with maintenance and repairs of our Swale College sites when required. Transport and tools will be provided, therefore a full manual driving licence is required and the applicant must also be computer literate, able to self manage and work as part of a team.
