Job description:
Experienced, imaginative, motivated Kitchen/Bedroom Designer and Sales Person.
Established in 1997, We pride ourselves on being diverse! We are a retailer of both fitted and free standing kitchens and Bedrooms. With our own manufacturing and finishing works we can offer truly bespoke products but also specializing in PWS (Second Nature) kitchens & Bedrooms.
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a suitably qualified or experienced, enthusiastic individual to become part of our already successful team.
You will be friendly but professional with a flair for design. Able to communicate with our clients in our showroom, at their home or on the telephone, turning their dreams into a reality. You will be expected to be able to work on your own initiative but also be comfortable working as part of a team where your motivation will be rightly rewarded. Drawing and costing skills are essential, Arti-cad and Easy Quote software experience beneficial.
We will provide you with a wide range of materials and products to free your creativity, not restrict you. You will be expected to be able to ‘hit the ground running' and we will provide you with all of the product knowledge and support you require.
Normal working hours are 38.5 hours over a five day period that will include Saturdays. Some occasional out of office hours to facilitate home visits may be required, you will be expected to go that little extra to make the client happy.
You must have: Extensive knowledge and experience of Kitchen and Bedroom Design and Sales, a proven track record of sales in this industry, your own vehicle and a full driving license (millage allowance paid), an approachable persona, a tenacious drive and the ability to work under pressure (goes without saying, we believe).
Pay: Basic plus commission and target bonus. Typically an experienced sales designer would achieve between £30k - £50k dependent on performance however pay is uncapped.
