The Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Events Coordinator to help deliver all internal events at Gallagher Security's European Headquarters in Warwick. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in creating seamless event execution and delivering a memorable visitor experience to help build relationships and support our overall businessgrowth.
You'll become the face of Gallagher Security to welcome all guests, both internal and external, whether they're members of the Gallagher team, our Channel Partners, customers and consultants, or our tech partners and suppliers. Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating logistics for a variety of different types of meetings and events, from small meetings to larger gatherings.
- Managing event registration, catering, merchandise, and communication.
- Ensuring a positive visitor experience in our new demo and experience space, The Hub.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and presentation throughout our HQ.
The Fit
To be successful in this role, you'll have exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, energetic demeanour. You'll have the ability to foster robust relationships both internally and externally and will have a customer-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing customer experience and engagement. You'll be able be able to demonstrate proven organisational prowess and will be adept at multitasking with strong attention to detail. In addition, you'll also have:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in an event and meeting coordination role
- 5 GCSEs grade 4 and above, including English and Maths
- Microsoft Office and Computer literacy - Word, Excel Powerpoint
- A maturity in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Ability to manage multiple demands and cope well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence, positivity and motivation
- Professionalism, integrity and initiative
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Driver's licence.
Please note: this is a full-time office-based role so you'll need to be based locally in the Warwick area.
