The Role: To assist the Global Mooring Master Coordinator to ensure documentation, compliance and training is met by and for, Ship to ship Superintendents to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practice globally for provision of STS operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Coordinator with the recruitment of STS Superintendents including shortlisting CVs of suitable candidates, arranging interviews, through to issuing of contracts.
  • Support various internal teams (e.g. Operations /HSEQ) with data input & form completions (questionnaires, tenders, operational records).
  • Support with Superintendent visa applications.
  • Support the Superintendents individually, with administrative tasks.
  • Assist the Coordinator with STS Superintendent operational training and course bookings which includes investigation of new courses and providers.
  • Booking of travel and accommodation for those attending training courses.
  • Assist the Coordinator in supporting the lifecycle of global STS supt. pool.
  • Arrange procurement and dispatch of STS Supt PPE needs on a global scale.
  • Assist the Coordinator with contractual requirements and manage payroll process of STS Supt Employees, including annual exchange rate reviews and payroll deadlines.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation to support the Product Line Director as required.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties to support the Product Line Director.

The role is specifically to support the Global Mooring Master Coordinator and the Superintendents in all administrative tasks. There will also be an element of the role which supports the Product Line Director in organization of travel and accommodation on a weekly basis, along with other administrative duties from time to time.

Skills & Experience: Excellent use of Microsoft Office packages is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong administration and organisational capability with ability to multitask is also required.

The ability to work under own initiative and adapt to changing situations. Shipping Services experience is desirable but not essential for this position.
