Social Media Executive / Assistant Are you obsessed with social media and ready to help us reach new audiences? We are seeking a dedicated individual to live and breathe Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels, engaging restaurateurs, caterers, and foodies with relevant, delicious, and timely content. Our goal is to grow our following and increase brand awareness with existing and potential customers. All campaigns will be planned, organised, and measurable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a willingness to try new things, and a commercial mindset. You will run regular social media campaigns, stay up to date with the latest advertising tools, connect with communities, share original content, and respond to social trends and opportunities, all while delivering measurable results. • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Enthusiasm for social content creation and ability to demonstrate a good following
• Knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop original content.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
• Experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and implement our social media engagement and advertising strategy.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Grow our following among restaurants, caterers, and foodie customers.
• Engage with relevant communities and discussion groups.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Comms & Marketing to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and goals.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create collaborative content.
• Support other Comms initiatives as required.
