Key Responsibilities:

• Understand forecast / planned Customer demand and satisfy demand with supply from Intercompany Supplying Facilities
• Drive all activities to achieve deliveries to Customer Request Dates
• Create and maintain transfer orders between Collins facility plants
• Create and manage stand alone Intercompany Purchase Orders
• Manage and maintain corresponding SY sales orders
• Manage Open Purchase Order Book
• Manage Intercompany Supplier Relationships- based on designated supplier assignment
• Align PO system dates and update customer Sales Orders
• Communicate with our customers
• Attend required production update meetings for designated product
• Handle the escalation process when a deviation from plan occurs
• Participate in process improvement projects

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of E1 and Excel (look ups, pivot tables) is required
• Great influencing skills
• Ability to work with multiple priorities which could be time sensitive
• You will be a keen problem solver and enjoy getting to the root cause of an issue and resolving it
• Experience in working in an environment which is looking to continually improve would be a great asset
