Key Responsibilities:
- Understand forecast / planned Customer demand and satisfy demand with supply from Intercompany Supplying Facilities
- Drive all activities to achieve deliveries to Customer Request Dates
- Create and maintain transfer orders between Collins facility plants
- Create and manage stand alone Intercompany Purchase Orders
- Manage and maintain corresponding SY sales orders
- Manage Open Purchase Order Book
- Manage Intercompany Supplier Relationships- based on designated supplier assignment
- Align PO system dates and update customer Sales Orders
- Communicate with our customers
- Attend required production update meetings for designated product
- Handle the escalation process when a deviation from plan occurs
- Participate in process improvement projects
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of E1 and Excel (look ups, pivot tables) is required
- Great influencing skills
- Ability to work with multiple priorities which could be time sensitive
- You will be a keen problem solver and enjoy getting to the root cause of an issue and resolving it
- Experience in working in an environment which is looking to continually improve would be a great asset
