Currently we have Partners in over 40 countries in Europe, Americas, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.   • Extend Vodafone's global brand footprint allowing the creation of a unique international experience for both our consumer and Multinational Corporate customers
  • Leverage Vodafone's innovation, scale and competence to help improve our partners' performance
  • Utilise our combined scale to improve the buying power and influence the industry agenda
PM organisation consists of Regions (Europe, APAC (Asia Pacific) and AMEA (Rest of World)), and Functions, both internal to PM (e.g. Consumer, Enterprise, Technology) and external to PM (e.g. procurement, roaming, IoT). The AMEA region consists of 3 subregions:
  • Americas
  • Middle East and Africa
  • Central Asia, Caucasus, and Ukraine

In joining PM team as a Principal Partner Manager you will be responsible for PM business in Central Asia, Caucasus, and Ukraine. You will develop a deep understanding of the Partners' organisation, forge trusted effective relationships with key senior stakeholders including C-Suite, manage the overall partner relationship and have responsibility for the overall performance, strategy and financial results.

  • Develop strong relationships with C-Suite of our current and potential Partners
  • Understand market developments in your sub-region
  • Understand performance, strategy and business needs of our Partners
  • Align Partner's strategy and business needs with PM portfolio to develop new Partner opportunities, in close cooperation with the Functions
  • Determine the need, buying centre (decision maker) and other key stakeholders within the Partners
  • Lead negotiations of the scope/value/price, with support of the Functions
  • Arrange and co-ordinate regular partnership reviews
  • Hold the Functions to account for delivering the commitments to Partners
  • Help in resolving delivery issues in cooperation with the Functions
  • Record and explain the value delivered
  • Support invoicing and cash collection
  • Plan and project manage the renewal of partnerships
