Job Responsibility:
The "must haves" for you to be considered for this role: Registered professional with a degree level or equivalent qualification in mental health nursing, occupational therapy, social work, Health Visitor (SCPHN) & RSCN (with appropriate CYP experience) and with at least 3 years post qualification experience and have a keen interest in criminal justice and offender health. Happy with flexibility, you will have access to your own car and will travel to multiple and varied locations. You will have experience of working autonomously and managing priorities whilst delivering a service objective. This post is subject to police vetting clearance. Police vetting requires that a candidate must evidence that you have a minimum of three years UK residency Hampshire and Isle of Wight Liaison and Diversion Service is looking for a new CYP Lead Practitioner to be based within Portsmouth Police custody focusing on working with young people who have been suspected of committing a criminal offence. Hampshire Liaison and Diversion Service has been provided by Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust since 2019.
