## Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to upsell products and services. ## Responsibilities - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about products and services - Assist customers with orders, refunds, and exchanges - Upsell additional products by highlighting key features and benefits - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analyse customer feedback to improve service quality ## Requirements - Proficient in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous - Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette - Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £14.50-£15.11 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
