We are looking for a Christmas Event Coordinator with experience in hospitality, reservations or sales is desirable but not essential. Administration experience preferred. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), especially via phone and email, are essential. The right candidate would be enthusiastic, well-organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Gain a full understanding of all packages, offers and menus across our venues and be able to communicate these to customers accordingly.
- Daily use of the CRM system as a task manager and main point of communication with customers.
- Pro-actively reaching out to past customers to generate repeat custom.
- Taking responsibility of event co-ordination for the festive period after the point of sale.
- Sending out information to event bookers on request as well as proactively chasing pre-orders and event details when required.
- Gathering event information and filling out run sheets in a detailed manner, clearly communicating customer requirements with venue teams.
- Accurately invoicing and chasing customer payments.
- Assist with managing the shared events inbox, uploading enquiries to the CRM where appropriate and distributing to the relevant team member
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

This is an office-based, full-time temporary role to help during The Christmas Campaign but flexibility to travel within the stores will be required.
