Job Responsibility:

Role Introduction: We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented ITSM Assets and Contract Administrator to support the Service Assets and Contract Management (SACM) Manager as well as other areas of the Business Technology ITSM function. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with vendors and customers, managing documentation, maintaining payments and contracts, and generating reports (using platforms like BMC Helix, ServiceNow, PowerBi), and providing administrative day to day support. This role reports to the SACM Manager and offers opportunities for professional growth and progression. Please note, The successful candidate in this role will include occasional travel around the UK and Ireland. What You Will Do:
  • Providing effective control, tracking and management of Assets, costs and utilisation.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the inventory, location, status, and ownership of Assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Assisting with audits and reviews to ensure that BT ITSM are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and policies
  • Maintaining the contracts database, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Raising and processing purchase orders.
  • Producing and maintaining dashboards and reports on asset usage, compliance status, budgets, and other key metrics.
  • Maintaining all necessary documentation, such as contracts, certifications, vendor information and payments in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Assist in managing budgets related to supplier contracts and expenditures
  • Providing administrative support for the directorate
  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of process improvement initiatives, policies and procedures

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic work environment.
