BMW Admin Hub Manager, Vertu BMW

We have a new opportunity for a Vehicle Admin Manager to come and join our BMW Admin Hub at Vertu Motors! Our locations include Sunderland, Durham, Teesside, York, Shipley, Rotherham, Bridgwater, Barnstaple, Dorchester, Exeter, and Yeovil and as such, candidates from any of these locations are encouraged to apply! This is a full-time, permanent role where you will be earning a basic salary of £30,000 plus company benefits!

Reporting to the Hub Accountant, the main purpose of the role is to ensure that the team of 16 physical and remote vehicle administrators operate efficiently, accurately and in accordance with Group policy, Manufacturer and Legal requirements.

We operate with virtual vehicle administration hub teams, meaning not all colleagues are based at any one Dealership. Holding regular online meetings and on occasion physical meetings with the vehicle administration team are vital to ensure engagement and effective team working. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining an even workflow across the team and adherence to the hub service level agreement (SLA).
  • People management, specifically onboarding, coaching and regular 1-1s.
  • Ensuring the team consistently achieve the Group vehicle admin KPI's every month in relation to data capture and deal archiving completeness.
  • Working proactively with the Divisional team and Dealership Management teams to improve processes and quickly resolve any issues.

Motor trade experience is essential, preferably with vehicle administration proficiency. Working knowledge of the Franchise (BMW, MINI & Motorrad) and/or DMS System (Keyloop DRIVE) would be advantageous, but not essential.
