Part Time - 20 hours per week
This post will require an approachable, flexible, fair and professional attitude, with the ability to be creative and passionate about delivering a quality service to Staff, Officers, internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail is crucial as well as the ability to problem solve, use your initiative, be able to juggle a number of different tasks and make appropriate decisions.
You will be required to manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure productive working is maintained, where problems are resolved and continuous improvement is sought and implemented. Input data onto Force ICT systems in an accurate and timely manner, quality assure information already held on force systems in order to facilitate the provision of management information, and provide assistance and guidance when necessary.
You will have recent experience of working in an administrative and customer facing role.
Working under pressure and to deadlines, along with proven computer skills and the ability to interrogate and accurately input data from a variety of sources. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
