Medical Administrator
Trinity Medical Centre, a busy 24,000 patient practice in the centre of Hove, is seeking a highly organised individual with well-developed administrative skills to join our expanding workflow redirection team.
This is a fixed term maternity cover post for up to 12 months.
The role ensures the safe and efficient processing of all incoming and outgoing clinical correspondence. Previous experience not necessary but would be useful.
The post holder is expected to use their own initiative in all areas, providing an efficient, reliable and effective service and will be expected to organise and prioritise their own workload whilst supporting the wider administration team.
The purpose of the role is:
To ensure the timely, safe and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing clinical correspondence, releasing GPs to spend a greater proportion of their time with patients. To provide general secretarial support to the doctors and other health professionals, which will include clinical coding and general clerical work.
