Job Responsibility:
## Job OverviewDo you have a proven track record in real estate marketing, project management and office management. Do you have a degree or equivalent qualification and experience in the residential sector and project management of residential properties? If so, Jedid Properties Limited have an excellent opportunity for you!
## Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks such as managing diverse portfolio of residential properties, overseeing annual maintenance, and delivering service charge accounts- Day-to-day client's properties management such as collecting utilities meter readings and ensuring invoices are promptly paid- Sourcing and retention of suitable and competent contractors and consultants to deliver maintenance and service contracts- Measure and monitor project performance as well as ensure appropriate arrangements are in place for auditing- Maintaining robust standards in relation to Health & Safety across all contracts
- Education in current legal and statutory knowledge of residential property, management and maintenance sectors, to ensure portfolios are managed and serviced according to legislative requirements, as well as to ensure best practice as regards to the Landlord and Tenant Act.- Credit control and debt collection, and routine inspection of managed residential portfolios- Identifying and reporting of maintenance matters, and ensuring tenant's compliance with rent obligations
## Skills- Proficient in administrative tasks with attention to detail- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and ability to build and maintain client relationships as well as organising regular contractors and stakeholders meetings and dealing with customer enquiries- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software- Strong organisational abilities to maintain office efficiency- Experience in project management and supervising staff
