We're happy to discuss hybrid, part-time and flexible working hours, patterns and locations to suit you and our business About the Opportunity Jacobs are looking to recruit a Project Quality Support to help to deliver framework and project level Quality systems, procedures and processes and support the Quality Team to enable the company to deliver and demonstrate a quality service to its clients and continuously improve the business. Main Responsibilities:
  • Nominated Person of Contact for All Project Documentation
  • Document Control (this is still being developed and a process being put in place, and will be handed over once sorted)
  • Site Passes
  • Oversight of the Training Matrix (monitoring expiry dates and liaising with relevant departments to organise new/due/expired training, to ensure that training is kept relevant and current)
  • Arranging for IT equipment and access to shared drives.
  • Providing general information on working arrangements (Arranging Site Inductions/SSOW etc)
  • General Administration Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Quality Team

Here's what you'll need:

  • Good Communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ideally located in the West Cumbria area near to the LLWR Site, Drigg with travel to other local offices where required
