Role: Salesforce Implementation PM.

This is a 6 month contract opportunity with the prospect of extension where required.

Location: London (Remote-first). Note, we are only considering UK based candidates for this role.

Role mission:

You will be responsible for organizing, project managing, and delivering the implementation of our SalesForce CRM and CPQ project including integration with NetSuite and a number of other modules. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards including provide reporting to the Executive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Work with functional subject matter experts to define and document best practice business requirements and workflows across the full lead to cash process.
  • Turn business requirements across the lead to cash process into scalable system design and work with the implementation Service providers to deliver these requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project scope.
  • Ensure project milestones are met and report progress to stakeholders regularly.
  • Implement project management best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage risks and issues and take corrective measures as necessary.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage innovation within the team.
  • Understanding of PMP, PRINCE2, SAFE and other methodologies as tools that can be used to help delivery.

What we're looking for:

  • Successfully delivered a number of Salesforce CRM and CPQ projects working with Salesforce System Integrators and other partners.
  • Successfully lead business requirements gathering, design, documentation and development of best practice and scalable solutions across the full lead to cash cycle Integrated the Salesforce suite to Oracle Netsuite including experience with IPAAS platforms.
  • Worked with C-Level stakeholders to:
    • Manage high-level plans.
    • Set delivery expectations.
    • Ensure up to date communication.
  • Proven experience in program management or delivery management, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
