Duties and responsibilities related to the Laundry Supervisorrole

• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations, ensuring tasks are efficiently completed to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Train new members of the team and provide ongoing development opportunities for existing colleagues.
• Ensure all laundry processes adhere to the hotel's quality standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of laundry operations, including inventory and equipment usage.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best, fostering a positive work environment.

About you

Previous experience in housekeeping management within the luxury segment is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are required.
