Role Information This is an exciting time for LCG as we are growing and expanding our company as a whole, but especially within our successful Client Engagement Team. We are recruiting multiple advisors to help us grow our learner provision within flexible learning! There's no better time to join us in extending our learner provision and promoting our hugely popular Level 2 and 3 flexible learning courses. For this role you just need to be passionate and unstoppable, thrive in a target driven environment and enjoy making commission! DUTIES
  • Promoting our Access to higher education products via telephone, email and social media
  • Engaging with new prospects as well as existing clients.
  • Provide appropriate support - including information and guidance
  • Working towards KPI's where commission scheme will reward.
  • Liaise with other internal departments to keep records up to date where appropriate.
  • Manage and keep your own CRM system up to date.
  • Working within a team environment and achieving the required goals.
  • Support our learners with progression onto various courses
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours.
  • Implement and comply with Safeguarding and Health and Safety policies.
  • Ensure the maintenance of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice guidance as part of your everyday role
