We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Representative to join our Corporate trust, EMEA team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: The role involves the organisation of the team's work processes, including the creation and monitoring of schedules as well as the delivery of training to new starters and peers. Adherence to policies, procedures and completion of mandatory training is critical. The role entails prioritisation of workload, the monitoring of workflow and client communications, to ensure completion of tasks prior to market driven deadlines. Reconciliation, query resolution, data entry and verification into core applications are required on a daily basis. The successful candidate will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent client service. Continuous process improvement is also major focus within the team. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor's degree preferred. Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines Previous experience in finance / banking area will be looked upon favourably Strong organisational skills Ability to prioritise workload Experience of working in a team Effective communication skills Problem solving capabilities Literate in IT, including Microsoft Office At BNY our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
