What you'll need to have

  • be a pharmacist, or pharmacy technician, with a minimum of three years' post-registration experience (at least two years of in-store working) who is able to work independently and as part of a team
  • have demonstrable empathy in identifying the perspectives of patients, their families and in-store pharmacy team members involved in an incident and the ability to address their concerns with compassion
  • have excellent writing skills, which reflect a meticulous attention to detail and experience with order and quality, so that outputs are of a consistently high standard and suitably tailored for different stakeholders
  • demonstrate excellent organisation and planning skills, managing multiple priorities with appropriate pace
  • use IT resources (e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) to create the high-quality outputs required from the role-holder
