Job Responsibility:
Building a sustainable tomorrowWe require an experienced Senior Possessions Manager to join our Wales & Western team to support the delivery of Networks Rails CP7 Geotechnical Framework & other rail projects. We are looking for a candidate that can lead and manage the planning process that can achieve excellent outcomes for both Bam and our client.

Your missionAs a Senior Possession Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Manage, mentor & support possession & safe system of work planners.
Attend Network Rails short- & long-term planning meetings e.g. de-confliction, PICOP or others where required.
Ensure Safe Systems of Work plans are accurate and meet Network Rails NR/L2/OHS/019 standard.
Responsible for ensuring worksites & line blockages are compliant and suitable for entry in to PPS & Rail Hub planning system.
All track access applications are requested within the Infrastructure Managers timescales.
Coordination with isolation planners
Communicating interface issues and risks that may impact project delivery and identify mitigation measures
Maintain regular communications with Network Rails planning & delivery teams
Who are we looking for?Your qualifications, skills and experience should include:
Previous & successful experience in a senior role within track access planning
Able to communicate at all levels within the project organisation.
Able to build & maintain relationships
Thorough knowledge of all Network Rails Track access processes
Proficient in the use of PPS (possession planning system) Rail Hub Line Blockages & NROL
Proficient in the use of On-Trac (safe system of work planning system)
A basic understanding of civil engineering site activities
