As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships. Your Responsibilities:
  • Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
  • Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
  • Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
  • Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
  • Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered General Nurse.
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Starting Salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience
