This position requires product analysis skills in the target market segment, requirements management and problem solving, as well as sufficient technical and domain knowledge to work as a "point person" for the entire project team. He creates accurate and unambiguous artefacts (including backlog items) and ensures that all issues are identified and managed. He has a keen eye for detail and makes quality his primary objective, which helps to provide a thorough and well-organised analysis for all projects he works on. Through his effective review of artefacts and the example he sets, he develops similar skills in less experienced team members. He/she should be able to define thorough and incremental improvements to existing solutions. He/she must also bring radical and challenging approaches, always questioning what is in place and asking whether new ideas might be more effective. They have the skills, experience and judgement to know which approach is most appropriate in a given situation. In order to determine what type of approach is best suited to a specific situation, he always asks himself: "What is in it for the client? He/she has sufficient experience in the manufacturing area (and to a lesser extent in the related areas of distribution and logistics) and must be sufficiently experienced to be considered an experienced intermediary in these areas. When working with technical departments, such as development, quality assurance, support or live service management, he/she is able to communicate in a technical manner, with a thorough understanding of technologies and schemes and in particular the opportunities and constraints they represent. He/she must have a particular understanding of the opportunities and constraints associated with a particular type of technology and be able to discuss effectively with technicians about the optimal approach to a solution. Before carrying out a formal quality assurance process, he is also responsible for validating that an implemented solution solves the original problem and achieves what was intended. In addition, he will help guide and support the more junior members of the team in this validation and acceptance process, together with the senior developers. Key Responsibilities
