Office based role in Preston PR1

Full time, permanent 35 hours per week, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

So what does a job role titled 'Client Onboarding Executive' mean?

We are seeking organised, customer focused individuals to join our team.

Working collaboratively, you will be required to prioritise and service the whole of the firm in centrally opening all the Firm's files and gathering appropriate identification required for all of our legal departments.

Day to day you will liaise with clients in a courteous and helpful manner whilst following legal guidance, policies, and procedures.

You will open all the Firms' files, creating each matter appropriately within the Firms' case management system.

Working closely with our Risk and Compliance team on any issues relating to client Identification, you will be confident to ask questions and if unsure check first before acting.

Sometimes you will be chasing clients to progressing matters and other times you will be handling client queries and advising on services offered,

In this type of role your accuracy inputting of all data onto the relevant case management system is essential as is confidentially.

You are someone who enjoys working as part of a team, communicating clearly to clients with an excellent telephone manner.

You pride yourself on your organisation, accuracy and time management.

Ideally you will have used a case management system and are very comfortable using multiple IT systems.
