Job Responsibility:
The post holder will be part of a validation team, working to ensure the patient follow up waiting list is clean and appropriate. The work will include extracting patient demographics from the Trust system, validating and cleansing of the waiting list. Main Duties 1.1 Validation of patient pathways adhering to the Patient Access Policy. 1.2 To have and maintain knowledge and understanding of operational processes, practices, and protocols associated with patient pathways 1.3 Investigate issues with pathways and amend the waiting list to show correct information. 1.4 Work as a team to ensure all patient cohorts are validated appropriately 1.5 Achieve team target numbers for validation 1.6 Using spreadsheets and other internal Trust data tools to analyse and present information in appropriate formats. 1.7 Ensure complex queries or issues escalated by the team are dealt with in a timely manner 1.8 Alert the Director of Planning & Performance of any data found which may indicate a risk of patient clinical harm. 1.9 Identify and report trends found during the validation process Why colleagues think we are "a great place to work!"
