Job Responsibility:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Profit Protection team as a Car Fleet Administrator providing administration support based at the Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool. We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to join the Profit Protection team, as a Car Fleet Administrator providing administration support to all car users whilst ensuring that all vehicles in the fleet are fit for purpose, road worthy and maintained to a high standard.

This role is 40 hours per week, 5/7 days, working 8:30am - 5:00pm.

The key accountabilities in the role are:

  • Ensure all driver queries are dealt with quickly and effectively
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle inspections and minimise vehicle downtime, through planning and scheduling of servicing, MOT's and repairs
  • To offer guidance and administrative support in respect of the vehicle accident process to ensure the process is undertaken efficiently and effectively and in accordance with the company and insurance policies and procedures
  • Ensuring that all vehicles in the fleet are fit for purpose, road worth and maintained to a high standard
  • Maintain drivers' records/ fleet records
  • Keep accurate records of fuel cards and usage
  • Arrange hire vehicles & assist with handover/return of vehicles

The skills & experience required are:

  • Ability to prioritise tasks within a fast-paced organisation
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer and database management skills
  • Self-motivated & driven, the ability to work autonomously, whilst being a team player
  • Be flexible with a can do attitude
  • Full UK driving license
